Saturday was my last half day for training. The end is drawing near.
Anyway, we worked in St. Hyacinth. We each walked a small route. We
practiced crossing the four corners in the town. We worked on aligning
with the traffic properly. This time, the girls sat in the van while Ian and Pierre
worked with one girl each.
There is one thing I need to get better at.
It is to be confident when I tell my dog each command with energy and
strongly enough so the dog hears what I'm saying as well as being
confident.
We ate sandwiches and chips with sauce for
lunch. Of course, I chose to eat fresh cherries for dessert. In the
afternoon, I closed my eyes for a few minutes. I tried using the
internet. We had a storm on Friday.
The internet hasn't worked since then. You can't do much, anyway.
Three
girls covered a balloon with paper mache for our pinata. We used
homemade glue. It was white flour and water, I think. It was quite a
mess.
Kayla's and Meredith's parents came by. Kayla's parents just
stayed here at the house. Meredith's parents took her to the mall. I got
to visit with Lexi for a while after dinner. A couple of girls watched
movies. I chose not to.
Saturday had nicer weather than it's been. It
felt a lot nicer. In the van, it was warm but not that bad.
It stank
about the internet not working. I was trying to send an email to my mom
but they wouldn't come through and one email for Meredith's parents
from the night before. Oh, well.
